Terms of Service
Customers have one year from purchase to redeem their service. We encourage customers to book their service as soon as possible, as certain times of the year do get busy. If for any reason you cannot make the scheduled date that we have agreed on, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. We understand that sometimes life gets complicated so we offer two date moves if absolutely necessary. Date moves must be agreed at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation (although we appreciate more notice where possible). 1 day before cancellations will incur a 25% (of your voucher cost) additional fee, payable before your new consultation date. Same day cancellations will incur 100% fee. In the case of an emergency please get in touch as soon as you can and we will do our best to find a solution.
Return Policy
We do not offer returns on services. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your service please get in touch with us to discuss further. We want all of our customers to be happy :)
