More details of our process can be found below and in FAQs.
-
Garden Design
This encompasses spatial design and planting design. Once we’ve taken the time to get to know you, we consider how you wish to use the space, along with any features you want to include.
In the early design process we create mood boards to ensure our visions are aligned. Depending on the level of detail required, we will then produce drawings/ 3D renders.
Materials are carefully considered and plants selected to create a space suited to your personal taste and your garden’s conditions. We can even recommend furniture to help bring it all together.
We do not personally manage the build/contractors for the hard landscaping but can work with you to find the right solution.
-
Planting Design
This service is focused solely on planting design. It could be planting for a whole garden, or a specific bed. We can also design containers and planting for commercial spaces.
Our first undertaking is to form an understanding of your site conditions and taste before creating beautiful planting plans that will thrive in your space. As with all of our briefs we will always consider year round interest and biodiversity.
We are able to source plants from nurseries in the UK and implement planting.

Garden Consultation
For those who don’t need a full garden or planting design service but would like some advice. It could be focused on a problem area or be more broad. We will work with you to solve your garden problems.
This service can be via a video call (anywhere) or in person (London only).

How to: Garden more sustainably and increase biodiversity.
A hands on course, tailored to your garden. We will cover: water use, plant choice, plant sourcing and propagation, composting, chemical free pest management and how to reduce hard landscaping. In addition to this we will also look at what you can do to increase the diversity of habitats within your garden. If applicable I can also give you ideas on how to involve your children.
A more general approach can be taught to groups. Please enquire for more information.
