AN EAST LONDON, COURTYARD GARDEN.

This 1960’s terraced house had amazing large windows but was lacking a view. We got rid of a creaky conservatory and designed a garden that would be beautifully backlit by the afternoon sun.

A rich tapestry of planting completed this modern scheme. We planted and the bees came.

No matter what time of year it is, there is always something new to discover in our garden. Lucy got the balance of strategically placed evergreen plants and flowering perennials just right. Although compact, there is room to BBQ, dine and the perfect spot for a morning coffee in the sunshine.
